Hey, I am
I'm a product designer and design manager who thrives in messy, high-stakes problem spaces. I've led design at Cashfree Payments – managing a team of designers, building systems from scratch, and owning decisions that ship to millions of users. I bring clarity where things are fuzzy, set direction when opinions are loud, and turn half-formed ideas into systems that actually hold up.
A few high-impact case studies are intentionally kept off-public and can be shared on request.

How I Operate as a Designer
Managing designers means my job is to make the team better, not just the work. I invest in clear processes, honest feedback, and giving ownership early because a designer who's growing is a designer who stays.
I don't wait for clarity, I create it. Ambiguity is part of the job, and I'd rather ask uncomfortable questions early than ship something wrong.
Design, for me, is about removing ambiguity. If something needs a long explanation, it's already broken.
I take a clear position and expect my team to do the same. Strong opinions matter, but the moment better reasoning shows up, we move on without ego.
I think in systems, not screens. Flows, rules, and edge cases matter more to me than one-off visuals that won't survive scale.
I design with business reality in mind. Good UX should reduce risk, save time, and move real metrics, not just look good in a deck.
